Customs and other taxes
At the Customs, some countries may charge customs, import duties, customs clearance fees, etc. against what you have bought. You are responsible to pay all those customs and other taxes, so please pay the required amount directly to the carrier. Please refer to the Customs at where you live for detailed policies about customs and other taxes.
Conditional or absolute contrabands
We cannot ship any items which are conditional or absolute contrabands in Japan or at where you live.
Conditional or absolute contrabands differ according to where you live. Please note that the Customs may confiscate your parcel if you try to import contrabands. We strongly recommend you to double check about contrabands.
In case the Custom sends back your parcel to Japan, we will store it for 1 year. We are willing to forward it if you could let us know when and where you, or someone as a proxy, may be able to be in Japan.
Please note that your parcel will be disposed after 1 year. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost or damage of the items
Just in case of lost or damage of the items, your parcel is under guarantee of postal insurance. Please note that you have to pay postal insurance fee beforehand.
If you find your items are lost or damaged, you have to claim a “Damage Report” immediately to the carrier. Then, the carrier will deliver the Damage Report to us, so that we will be able to process refund of the relevant items. Please note that we can only refund the price of items, but not other relevant fees.
Price revisions or sold out
We promise immediate notice and refund in cases of price revisions or sold out when we confirmed your first payment. Refund will be done through PayPal or Moneybookers.
We will refund the price of items and our shopping commission fee of respective items, in case the items you want are found to be sold out after we placed your order to the store.
Return or cancellation
You cannot choose to return or cancel your order after your payment. Neither you can choose to return or cancel your order in cases of:
- your refusal to pay customs and other taxes.
- returns of parcels to Japan when the items are found to be conditional or absolute contrabands in the destination region.
All-in-one packaging service
You may not be able to use all-in-one packaging service due to the size limitation or weight limitation of Express Mail Service. If your items are too big or too heavy as one EMS parcel, we may ship your items separately. Thank you for your understanding.
